Can I purchase extra exhibitor tickets for helpers?

If you need additional passes for people to assist at your table or during setup/takedown, please contact our exhibitor support team at exhibitors@flamecon.org

Will there be a waitlist for exhibitor tables?

No. there will not be a waitlist this year. All tables will be made available over the course of the block releases. If additional tables become available later, they will be announced in a new block.

Can I share my table with another exhibitor?

Yes! You may share your space with another exhibitor. However table occupancy/chairs/passes are limited to the type of table purchased. It is also important that each participating exhibitor follow all state tax laws and reporting.

Will there be wifi in the exhibitor hall?

Wifi may be purchased along with your table registration. Flame Con purchases wifi services from the venue, and the cost for exhibitors is based on the amount set by the venue.

Will there be electricity in the exhibitor hall?

Electricity may be purchased directly from the venue. We will provide information closer to the event on how to set this up.

What is the lighting like in the exhibitor hall?

We try to make the lighting as comfortable and bright as possible in the main vendor ballroom. However, the venue lighting is somewhat limited, and can be dim in some areas, especially for displaying artwork. While Flame Con is looking into options to improve exhibitor hall lighting, we recommend bringing personal light sources if necessary to ensure your products are lit to your satisfaction.
