Join fitness professionals and dance partners Jelani Maleeq and Jennifer (the Wonder Twins) for Supa Soca: Liberation In Motion Experience (L.I.M.E.)—a high-energy dance fitness experience where cosplay, queer joy, allyship, and Caribbean culture collide. Inspired by the Caribbean tradition of “liming”—gathering, connecting, and having a good time—participants are encouraged to wear functional cosplay or superhero-inspired attire as we move to the infectious rhythms of Soca music. This all-levels, LGBTQ+ affirming workshop blends cardio, culture, and community in a welcoming space where every body can move freely. No dance experience is required, and modifications and chair-friendly options will be provided. Bring out your inner superhero, dance like no one is watching, and prepare to sweat! And if you plan on arriving as a villain, remember: the only crime allowed is thiefin’ a wine.
