Thanks to an influx of new volunteers, Flame Con is happy to announce that we are moving to a partially-juried exhibitor selection process. For 2026 we will allot roughly half of our tables for first-come-first-serve purchase and half for a juried selection. Juried selection has been one of the most requested features for Flame Con in Flame Con history and thanks to our community rallying and taking part in our all-volunteer non-profit, we are proud to debut it this year. Both first-come-first-serve tables and juried tables will offer a mix of half and full tables.

Are you part of a larger workshop, retail space, or artist collective? A dealer table may be right for you. These are larger spaces that offer a more premium selling experience. more details coming soon!

Are you part of a non-profit, charity, outreach group, education group, public health group, or similar mission-focused organization? A community table might be right for you. If you’re interested in our community table program, please click here for application details.

Purchase a Dealer Table:

Are you a larger dealer, representing a workshop, part of an art collective or just generally require more space? Consider purchasing a dealer table. These are larger tables in high-traffic areas of the space. Each 8-foot table comes with 4 Flame Con exhibitor badges and 4 chairs. Up to 4 parties can share a dealer table if desired.

Apply for an Exhibitor Table:

First-come-first-serve tables are sold out but you are still welcome to apply to our juried selection starting on Thursday March 26. You will have until Friday April 24 to submit your application. Anything submitted after that date will be considered part of our waitlist.

Apply for a Community Table:

Do you represent a non-profit, charity, public-health endeavor, community organizing group, community outreach group, education group, advocacy campaign or similar group? Consider applyting for a Flame Con community table.
