What happens if Flame Con isn't in person this year?

For 2021 we are working hard to make a truly hybrid event and provide a (relatively) seamless experience both for an in person and virtual event. If we cannot hold an in person event, we will still hold a full programming schedule with virtual/remote access.

How are submission chosen?

All submissions will be reviewed by our programming teams. We will choose the submissions that best meet Flame Con’s mission and values. We strive to bring you the best queer focused programming possible each year, and look for unique, entertaining, diverse and impactful submissions to host.

Do I get a pass to Flame Con if my submission is selected?

Yes, programming participants receive one weekend pass. Please note these passes are non-transferable, and are good for one person only. Programming passes provide entry to Flame Con 2021 (in person or remote) during standard convention hours and do not provide admission to any additional events (eg: Fireball Party).
