Flame Con 2021 will be virtual!

How It Works

We will be using Remo, an interactive virtual event platform to host Flame Con this year. If you attended our last Exhibitor Town Hall, you had a chance to preview the software. (Don’t worry, more Town Halls to come!)

As Exhibitors, you will be able to create your own table in a virtual hall. Each table functions like a Zoom breakout, where attendees can come by to chat with you over live video & audio. You’ll be able to present them with your “whiteboard” – a completely customizable space you can set up with images, information, links to an online store, etc.

Virtual tables will be $50.

To create the best experience for exhibitors and attendees, we will be limiting the hall to 200 exhibitors. Preference will be given to exhibitors who purchased a table for Flame Con ‘20/’21.

Existing Table Refunds

In-person Flame Con is on! We’ll be back at the Sheraton Times Square August 20-21, 2022.

Keeping Your Table

If you paid for a table for Flame Con ‘20/’21 and would like to exhibit with us next year, you do not need to take any action. We’ll transfer your existing reservation to 2022.

Refunding Your Table

If you paid for a table for Flame Con ‘20/’21 and would like a refund, please fill out the form below.

We will be issuing refunds at the beginning of each month. Please allow apx. 30 days for your refund request to be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation from Eventbrite as soon as your table refund has been processed.

The refund request form will close August 31st. Please let us know if you would like your table refunded by that date!
